Action Plan for Growth
The Children have a saying " I can't hear what you are saying because I see what you are doing" The reality is as a church we must do more than meet and talk we must plan then work our plan. Get back to the basics Matthew 28:19-20 and Acts 1:8.
We are a missionary Baptist church. Therefore we must focus on evangelism and teaching. All businesses be they profit or non-profit must market their products and recruit new new workers with fresh up to date ideas that forecast future growth. The "S" curve of growth have now plateaued and began a downward turn. We must take immediate active and create an upward curve of sustained growth.
We are directed by the Holy Spirit to use what we have and take a "Walk of Faith" that will create us into a reformed community church that is also transit and virtual.
